The specific services, delivery methods, and fees are governed by the contract or order signed by both parties; these Terms constitute the general baseline agreement for our cooperation.

• You shall use our services in accordance with the law and not for any illegal or non-compliant purpose, and you shall not reverse-engineer or maliciously attack the platform, or call it beyond its authorized scope.
• Information you submit through website forms, the AI assistant, or assessment tools must be true and accurate; you bear the consequences of providing false information yourself.
• Without our written permission, you may not copy, resell, or distribute externally the paid content, plugin licenses, or methodology materials provided in the services.

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in this website and the services — including the software, documentation, plugins, text and images, and trademarks involved — belong to Ruiguo Interactive or the respective rights holders. Customer business data is owned by the customer; we process such data only to the extent necessary to provide the services.

4. Disclaimers

• Content on this website (including assessment tools, solution introductions, and case showcases) is provided for understanding and reference only and does not constitute a commitment to any specific business outcome; formal commitments are governed by the contract.
• We are not liable for service suspension or data loss caused by force majeure, public network failures, third-party service outages, or other causes not attributable to us, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist recovery.
